Sales Engineer for Solary Energy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy) or any related field.
Additional certifications or training in renewable energy or solar power systems is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the renewable energy or solar energy industry.
Familiarity with solar energy technologies, such as solar panels, inverters, battery storage, and energy management systems.
Experience in selling technical products and solutions to commercial or industrial clients.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of solar power systems, including system components (panels, inverters, batteries) and how they work together.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical clients.
Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to customize solutions based on client needs.
Knowledge of financial models for solar systems, including return on investment (ROI), payback period, and energy savings projections.
Familiarity with government incentives and policies related to solar energy in the Philippines, including net metering programs and tax incentives.

He will be a key partner in developing, monitoring, governing and evaluating the overall corporate strategy, planning & analysis with a focus on bottom line financial and operating performance, while enhancing investor, shareholder & partners value.
Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations including; working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget and general accounting
Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidations, planning and analysis
